Main structure & Features

 The annealing voltage will vary according to the wire diameter and the speed of the wire drawing machine automatically. It also has a longer preheating section and a longer cooling section.

The annealing power is transferred via the flat belt of the capstan in wire drawing machine. That may also use the frequency converter to drive it directly.

All the wire wheels and the wheels of tension device must have the ceramic coating treatment to reduce the damage from direct contact between the wheels and the wires. In addition, the preheating section may be adjusted to the wire diameter.
